The water treatment system is designed for producing purified water, mineral water, drinking water, and process water for beverage production. It mainly consists of a pretreatment section (multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, microfilter), membrane separation section (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis), electrodialysis unit, and sterilization section (UV and ozone sterilizers), ensuring stable and hygienic water quality for production use.

Our water treatment system uses raw water from tap water, surface water, or groundwater, which first passes through a quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, and precision filter. The pretreated water is then pumped by a high-pressure pump into the reverse osmosis system, producing high-purity water suitable for pure water production.
For mineral water and spring water production, the ultrafiltration system (UF) is commonly used. This process uses pressure-driven membranes with varying pore sizes to remove impurities. Polypropylene hollow fiber modules are widely adopted in the industry for their reliability and efficiency.
