Oil Storage & Filtration System
The edible oil is first stored in stainless steel tanks and passes through precision filtration equipment to remove impurities and sediments. This ensures that only clean, pure oil enters the filling section. The system maintains oil quality and stability during the entire process.
Bottle Blowing Machine
High-speed PET bottle blowing machines use preforms to produce bottles of various shapes and capacities, meeting different packaging needs. The system ensures uniform wall thickness, crystal-clear transparency, and excellent bottle strength.
Filling Machine
The automatic edible oil filling machine uses flowmeter or piston-type technology for precise filling. With ±0.5% accuracy, anti-drip nozzles, and servo control, it ensures consistent volume and a clean, hygienic process for all types of edible oils.
Labeling System
