Can filling line
Cans are separated into fixed intervals by the screw and guided into the infeed dial wheel, then smoothly enter the filling machine. After filling, the cans are transferred to the capping machine via the transfer device. The capping process is completed through two stages of curling. Finished cans are then guided into the outfeed dial wheel, conveyed to the outfeed belt, and finally delivered to the next process or piece of equipment.

Transfer Starwheel
Made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the starwheel is equipped with a bottle protection device to ensure safe and stable bottle transfer.

Filling System
The filling machine is mainly composed of the filling cylinder, turntable, filling valves, lifting devices, upper and lower distributors, starwheel device, screw transmission system, and main liquid pipeline. Each filling valve includes a valve seat, spool, valve sleeve, middle sleeve, spring, and air pipe. The internal streamlined design eliminates sanitary dead corners, ensuring hygiene and easy cleaning. With a built-in mechanical structure, it offers stable and reliable performance with low maintenance costs.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is primarily responsible for controlling the lifting of the can sealing machine’s rack. It consists of a manual hydraulic pump, a reversing valve, and two working oil cylinders. The manual hydraulic pump serves as the power source. During operation, manual force is applied to the pressure lever, driving the plunger to move reciprocally and generate oil pressure. The pressurized oil flows simultaneously into both working cylinders through the reversing valve. When the rack needs to be lifted, the pressure oil enters the bottom of the cylinders via the reversing valve, pushing the pistons upward and gradually raising the rack to the desired height. When the reversing valve is switched to the opposite direction, the rack automatically lowers.

Can Outfeed
The nylon wheel and conveyor belt work together to smoothly transfer the filled cans. The conveyor motor adopts frequency speed control, ensuring synchronized operation with the 2-in-1 machine.

Capping System
The can seaming machine is mainly composed of the upper and lower machine bodies, lid feeding device, motor drive, hydraulic system, and other key components. This model operates in synchronization with the filling machine. Cans discharged from the outfeed dial wheel of the filler enter the seaming machine in sequence. Through a controlled chain acceleration process, cans are properly spaced and aligned along the side belts to ensure smooth feeding and prevent liquid overflow. The system allows fine-tuning of the can transfer position for stable delivery.
