The machine without regular link of the empty bottle conveyor and bottle rinser on the beverage filling line, greatly saves the space, reduce the water rinsing, energy consumption of the empty bottle conveying fan and reduce a lot of intermediate transmission link, more reliable to ensure the cleanliness of the whole equipment, better helping users to improve the whole line efficiency, reduce investment cost, energy consumption and equipment maintenance cost.

![]() Washing system - Heated preform will be transferred to the blowing station by specialized manipulator, which is moving along the cam curve. Preform will be firstly stretched and pre – blew in the mold, thereafter, blew to the bottle by second high pressure compressed air blowing. The bottle afterwards will be taken out from the blowing mold by manipulator (moving) along the cam curve. The high pressure valve sets are made of high-quality products to ensure the stability and reliability of the blow molding process. Independently developed integrated high pressure valve sets and mechanical seals, with smaller dead zone gas space than similar products, better reduce the consumption of high pressure compressed air. The back-pressure structure for the high pressure inside the sealing cylinder uses the high pressure gas in the blowing bottle to directly realize the sealing of the blowing nozzle, which can reduce the impact of the blowing nozzle on the mold and reduce the consumption of the low pressure compressed air. Convenient and accurate mold installation structure, combined with the use of the cooling water quick-plug connector with one-way globe valve, makes the mold replacement more convenient and fast. It only takes two hours to replace the whole mold. |

![]() Capping system - Transition wheel: steel wheel is used to lift the bottle neck, not required for equipment height adjustment for bottle changeover; The cap falling guide is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cap inlet and reverse cap outlet, a group of photoelectric switches are installed at the same time. When there is no cap on the cap falling guide, the machine will automatically stop running which effectively avoid no-cap bottle.
